This policy explains what OG Accounts collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: username, email address and the sign-in methods you connect (Google, Telegram, passkeys).
- Order details: the products you buy and the email or account details you enter for activation.
- Payment records: top-up amount, method and status. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
- Security data: IP address, device and browser, and your sign-in history, used to protect your account.
- Visit statistics counted on our own server (pages viewed and time on page). We use no third-party trackers or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To deliver your orders and answer your messages.
- To keep accounts safe: spotting unusual sign-ins, preventing fraud and enforcing limits.
- To send the notifications you turned on, such as order updates by email or Telegram.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with payment providers and with the suppliers who activate your subscription, such as the email it is activated on.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, delivered login details are encrypted, and you can protect every sign-in with two-factor authentication and passkeys.
Your choices
- See your active sessions and sign out other devices in Settings → Sessions.
- Download a copy of your data from the Export data page.
- Ask us from the chat to delete your account. Payment and order records the law requires us to keep are kept only for as long as required.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your language, currency and theme, and protect forms.
