These terms apply to every order on OG Accounts. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
- Digital subscriptions and accounts for third-party services such as ChatGPT, Canva and Gemini. OG Accounts is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with those brands.
- Every product page states the duration, delivery time and warranty. That page is part of these terms.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
- Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security for extra protection.
- We may pause or close accounts used for fraud, payment disputes or abuse.
Wallet and payments
- Orders are paid from your wallet balance. A top-up is credited once its payment is confirmed.
- Prices are charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates.
- Wallet balance is spent on the store and is not paid out as cash, except as the refund policy says.
Delivery
- Our team activates most orders within the time shown on the product page. The details appear on your order page once delivered.
- Enter the email or account details a product asks for carefully: a wrong entry delays delivery.
Using your subscription
- Do not change the account email, password or plan unless the product page allows it. Doing so ends the warranty.
- Follow the rules of the service you subscribe to. A suspension caused by misuse is not covered.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
